Job Description
- Cooperating with processing plan staff and production planning supervisor to make schedule of output, product quality and delivery on time.
- Cooperating with supervisor, team leader in operating and controlling production activities.
- Controlling machine, equipment, tool use for production.
- Cooperating with QC supervisor to control product quality during production process as well as set ut quality standard.
- Performing labor safety demand as labor law and company regulation.
- Improve method.
- Advising and sharing concerned information with other supervisors.
- Assist for manager to performance workers appraisal, training and development.
- Joining internal event, extracurricular and society activities organized by company.
- Performing other duties requires by Managing director.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of foundry, machining, welding, finishing.
- Have knowledge of ISO, Lean and 6 Sigma, Root cause analysis
- Have knowledge of Safety, Ergonomic
- Have knowledge of Procedure, Work instruction, Standard
- Well management skill and leadership competency.
- Strong, self-confident and cooperating.
- Highly Deciplined person
