Job Description
Data control and inventory control:
- Check and push store keepers to update incoming material data into the inventory management system (ERP)accurately and on time.
- Check inventory report of raw materials (Open/In/Out/Balance) and the delivery schedule, progress of incoming goods (especially domestically purchased goods) in accordance with the capacity of the warehouses. Collaborate with PUR and PLN to ensure optimal stock levels of premium materials, high space usage, avoiding shortages or excess.
- Check the issuance of raw materials to production lines based on production schedules and material requisitions is appropriate or not yet.
- Check finished product warehouses to receive and ship goods correctly, in sufficient quantity, and with good packaging quality to match the system.
- Report damaged or non-compliant items to relevant departments (Purchasing, Planning, Quality Control, Packing).
Storage and organization:
- Audit store raw materials, FGs of WHs in designated locations within the warehouse or storage area, adhering to proper storage conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity, FIFO/FEFO principles).
- Reconcile ERP location and actual location, review layout and guideline store keepers optimize storage space utilization to maximize efficiency and scientific storage as well.
- Goods must ensure quality & safety during receiving, put-away, or picking processes
Asset inventory:
- Organise rotating stock count through out every week of a month, periodic inventory physical audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Co-work with accounting to plan for annual stock count at year end.
- Investigate and reconcile any discrepancies between physical counts and system records, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions as directed by superiors.
- Implementing other tasks assigned by DEPT’s head/superiors.
Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent. A certificate or associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
- At least 2 years work experience in warehouse, inventory control role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or dedicated WMS).
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with inventory control principles (e.g., FIFO, cycle counting).
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift certification often preferred).
