PED Management:

• Manage all activities of the Process Engineering Department (PED).
• Set departmental objectives, plans, and KPIs aligned with manufacturing goals.
• Assign tasks, supervise, and develop the PED engineering team.
• Ensure effective engineering support for production operations.

Production Tooling Management:

• Lead the design, fabrication, improvement, and standardization of tools, jigs, fixtures, and production aids.
• Ensure tooling accuracy, availability, and on-time delivery for production schedules.
• Partner with Production and Maintenance to resolve tooling issues.
• Monitor tooling performance to boost productivity, cut cycle time, and extend tool life.

Glue Process Management:

• Establish and maintain company-wide gluing standards.
• Define glue specs, application methods, dosage, and pressing parameters.
• Audit production lines regularly for glue process compliance.
• Train production staff on standard gluing procedures.
• Investigate glue-related quality defects and implement corrective actions.

Process Improvement & Industrial Solutions:

• Initiate process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Analyze production bottlenecks and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement projects.
• Standardize workflows to eliminate waste and optimize manufacturing costs.

Production Engineering Support:

• Provide technical support to resolve shop-floor issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Support engineering changes for processes and tooling.
