Functions:

• Direct the development of production drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing tolerances using advanced software, ensuring cost efficiency and labor safety.
• Oversee the entire pre-production sampling (PPS) process, from implementation and follow-up to final approval.
• Lead technical projects and issue resolutions to control quality, optimize costs, and manage technical documentation inside and outside the factory.

Utilities & Facility Management:

• Receive the handover of drawings and BOMs from the Product Development Technical Department.
• Organize and manage the Production Technical Department to ensure the achievement of set goals.
• Attend all meetings related to product development, including kick-off meetings, handover meetings, pre-production meetings, and PPS review meetings.
• Coordinate with production departments to confirm the construction to be applied in production before preparing the drawings.
• Delegate and oversee the development of production drawings, BOMs, templates, jigs, and molds aligned with factory processes and schedules.
• Direct the establishment of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and acceptable production tolerances for both in-house and subcontracted manufacturing.
• Manage quality standards by driving staff training, providing daily engineering solutions, and supporting Customer Service on quality-related issues.
• Supervise the organization of quality/testing meetings and the release/control of all production technical documents.
• Request the stoppage of the production line in cases where the product does not meet technical and quality standards.
• Request the development and implementation of projects to improve quality.
• Perform certain tasks and reports assigned by the Production Director.

• Education/Specialization: University of Technology.
• At least 10 years in producing exported high-end furniture.
• At least 05 years in Technical-production manager role.
• Experience in managing a team of 10 or more employees.
• Working with ERP structure, BOM multi level.
