Job Description

    Manage, plan, organize, and supervise all maintenance activities related to machinery, utilities, and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production operations.

General Maintenance Management:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities.
  • Establish, implement, and control preventive maintenance programs for all machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
  • Monitor maintenance performance and continuously improve maintenance systems.
  • Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Be responsible for reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability.

Utilities & Facility Management:

  • Manage medium-voltage, low-voltage electrical systems, control panels, motors, inverters, and control systems.
  • Manage compressed air systems, air compressors, water supply and drainage systems, and utility equipment.
  • Manage fire protection systems, backup generators, and related safety systems.
  • Ensure all utility systems operate efficiently and comply with legal and safety requirements.

Breakdown & Improvement Management:

  • Organize prompt corrective actions to minimize production disruption.
  • Propose and implement improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Participate in installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new machinery and equipment .

Spare Parts & Cost Control:

  • Control maintenance budgets and repair expenses according to approved plans.
  • Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability while optimizing inventory costsCoordinate with suppliers for procurement of materials, equipment, and technical service.
  • Support implementation and ensure adoption.

Safety & Environment:

  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety, occupational safety, fire protection, and environmental regulations.
  • Simplification of procedures.
  • Support implementation and ensure adoption.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing and at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experienced in managing industrial electrical systems, compressed air systems, fire protection systems, water systems, and utility equipment.
  • Able to read technical documents and communicate in English at work.
  • Strong leadership, planning, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in maintaining CNC machines, saws, sanding machines, pressing machines, finishing lines, and dust collection systems in the furniture or wood manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
