Job Description
Problem Identification & Investigation:
- Sit with departments to identify operational bottlenecks (process, reporting, system gaps).
- Conduct root cause analysis (not just symptoms).
- Be deployed into “problem areas” for short-term deep investigation (2–4 weeks cycles).
- Escalate critical risks early.
Cross-functional Problem Solving:
- Redesign workflows.
- Fix process gaps.
- Aligning between departments.
- Facilitate discussions (Production / Planning / Sourcing / Logistics / Finance).
Reporting & Standardization:
- Design and implement.
- Standard report templates.
- Data structure consistency.
- Clear KPI dashboards.
- Eliminate duplicate / low-value reporting.
System & Process Improvement:
- Automation improvements.
- Simplification of procedures.
- Support implementation and ensure adoption.
Requirements
- Male/Female. Age 18~.
- College/University level/graduate of any course.
- Strong logical thinking / structured problem solving.
- Able to challenge departments without conflict.
- High ownership (not just coordinator mindset).
- Good data + reporting discipline.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity + incomplete info.
