Job Description

Problem Identification & Investigation:

  • Sit with departments to identify operational bottlenecks (process, reporting, system gaps).
  • Conduct root cause analysis (not just symptoms).
  • Be deployed into “problem areas” for short-term deep investigation (2–4 weeks cycles).
  • Escalate critical risks early.

Cross-functional Problem Solving:

  • Redesign workflows.
  • Fix process gaps.
  • Aligning between departments.
  • Facilitate discussions (Production / Planning / Sourcing / Logistics / Finance).

Reporting & Standardization:

  • Design and implement.
  • Standard report templates.
  • Data structure consistency.
  • Clear KPI dashboards.
  • Eliminate duplicate / low-value reporting.

System & Process Improvement:

  • Automation improvements.
  • Simplification of procedures.
  • Support implementation and ensure adoption.
Requirements
  • Male/Female. Age 18~.
  • College/University level/graduate of any course.
  • Strong logical thinking / structured problem solving.
  • Able to challenge departments without conflict.
  • High ownership (not just coordinator mindset).
  • Good data + reporting discipline.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity + incomplete info.
