Job Description

Recruitment:

  • Receive recruitment requests and update vacant positions.
  • Discuss with superiors to clarify hiring needs and identify improvement solutions for recruitment plans.
  • Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidate profiles and handling recruitment-related tasks.

Employee Relations:

  • Conduct onboarding and orientation training for new hires.
  • Monitor and track daily absenteeism, tardiness, and employee transfer information.
  • Handle tasks and reports related to disciplinary actions, reprimands, and employment terminations.
  • Participate in exit interviews and employee surveys regarding the workplace environment.

HR Administration:

  • Track and manage labor contracts regarding performance evaluation, new signings, expirations, and renewals.
  • Prepare and process statutory insurance reports (increases, decreases, and adjustments).
  • Consolidate and archive employee personnel files and records.
  • Prepare distribution lists for uniforms and issue staff ID cards to new employees.
  • Draft probation contracts for employee signing.
  • Update information on the HR system and report recruitment results to superiors.
  • Maintain and update recruitment status reports.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or College degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
  • Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and at least 2 years of experience in an equivalent position.
  • Ability to use English for business and work purposes.
  • Strong communication, interviewing, recruitment, and organizational skills.
  • Approachable, meticulous, and demonstrating a strong collaborative spirit.
