Job Description
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead recruitment for indirect level and key positions.
- Partner with business leaders to identify workforce and succession needs.
- Ensure quality, speed, and effectiveness of hiring process.
- Develop and execute EVP (Employee Value Proposition) initiatives.
- Drive Employer Branding strategy to strengthen talent attraction.
- Build university partnerships and external talent pipelines.
- Enhance candidate experience and recruitment branding.
- Standardize Job Description (JD) framework across functions.
- Improve recruitment process, interview assessment, and hiring quality.
- Monitor recruitment analytics, hiring trends, and talent market benchmarking.
Organizational Development:
- Drive Core Value implementation and culture transformation initiatives.
- Strengthen communication and employee experience programs.
- Support leadership alignment and employee engagement activities.
- Lead implementation and continuous improvement of Performance Management framework.
- Integrate Core Values into performance evaluation and promotion process.
- Facilitate calibration and talent review discussions.
- Support talent identification, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
- Coordinate competency framework and development roadmap.
- Drive onboarding, induction, and employee capability programs.
- Support organization structure review and workforce optimization.
- Improve HR processes, governance, and people systems.
- Lead cross-functional HR projects aligned with business roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong 07 years experiences in HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development...
- Experience in manufacturing/FMCG/furniture/interior industry is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and project management capability
- Experience in culture transformation and performance management implementation.
- Comfortable navigating and working effectively in ambiguous environments or with incomplete information.
- Proficient English communication and professional skills.
