Job Description
- Receipt of customer feedback on quality; collaboration between customer and factory to find a proper solution.
- Support all related departments develop new samples and projects.
- Support the Sales and Customer Service Leaders achieve department objectives.
- Follow up all jobs related to customer service to ensure that all tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.
- Receive inquiries and track orders from start to finish.

Requirements
- Excellent computer skills: Emails, Excel, Word….
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written English.
- At least two years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Teamwork spirit.
- A good and professional working manner and attitude.
- Willingness to work under pressure environment.
- Bachelor or graduated from College.
- At least one year of experience working with and interacting with ERP systems is required...
- Second foreign language is an additional advantage.
