Job Description
  • Receipt of customer feedback on quality; collaboration between customer and factory to find a proper solution.
  • Support all related departments develop new samples and projects.
  • Support the Sales and Customer Service Leaders achieve department objectives.
  • Follow up all jobs related to customer service to ensure that all tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.
  • Receive inquiries and track orders from start to finish.

Requirements
  • Excellent computer skills: Emails, Excel, Word….
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written English.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • A good and professional working manner and attitude.
  • Willingness to work under pressure environment.
  • Bachelor or graduated from College.
  • At least one year of experience working with and interacting with ERP systems is required...
  • Second foreign language is an additional advantage.
