Daily works in machinery:

• Assign, arrange and follow up, instruct inspectors their daily jobs.
• Follow up QC system, stamp, reports, control ticket….
• Assure the quality of components/ items before entering warehouse/ next steps.
• Working closely with tech, machinery to prevent, solve any issue and find solution to stop happening again.

Daily works in marquetry & Component:

• Assign, arrange and follow up, instruct inspectors their daily jobs.
• QC inspector must choose & make set matching number & cover them together to move to next areas.
• If there is any mistake then find main reason and solution to stop it happening again.
• Regularly checking in line of the hot press, cold press, vacuum press, clamping press to lean clearly component/items before pressing with good quality & technical to prevent case of wrong processing in mass.
• Check curvature of components after pressing first some pieces.

Daily works in assembly:

• Assign, arrange and follow up inspectors of their daily jobs.
• Check sub-assy components in sets.

Works relate to primary cutting:

• Guide to get grade of wood (A, B, C...) for function of components.
• Transmit information and follow the instruction to inspectors.
• Update to inspector and operators any history mistakes to stop/avoid.
• Guide inspector to check MC of components especially thick components from 30 mm up and laminated components/parts. All MC history reported on control tickets.
• Ask inspector to use & keep the moisture content machine carefully. If let anyone borrow the check in & out before handover.

Works relate to Tech:

• Coordinate with Tech to borrow templates/jigs for checking component or request any drawing.
• Feedback any issues in line/processing relating to Technical.
• Suggest any idea that could prevent any farther issues or be better for processing/production or ideas to cut short processing but good effective and quality.
• Inform Tech to change/update any issue for better next production.

Works that relate to training QC inspectors:

• Help inspectors to understand/ read perfectly drawings & tech-pack.
• Instruct inspectors finding and using right information for their job.

• Hard working, honest, straight, and active behavior.
• Graduated High school at least.
• Have at least 5 years’ experience and knowledge to Fine Furniture.
• Knowledge to read full size drawing.
• Knowledge to arrangement and strong in leadership/ organization.
• Can work independently and under high pressure.
• Good at communication & transmit information.
• Good at solving problem & making decision.
• Good at team-working.
• High responsibly for job.
