Job Description
- Develop annual craftsmanship training plans and supervise execution.
- Conduct training sessions personally while monitoring and evaluating internal trainers’ performance.
- Design training materials (theoretical and practical), especially for CNC machines.
- Assess workers’ skills and propose upskilling plans.
- Collaborate with Production, Technical, Quality, and HSE departments to improve training content.
- Manage training records and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements
- Passionate about training and people development, with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in public speaking.
- Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Technical Education (Sư Phạm Kỹ Thuật), preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or CNC-related fields.
- Certification in internal training or craftsmanship training is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in craftsmanship training or production supervision, with at least 1 year in CNC operations.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking production technology and machine operation.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and team management skills.
