Job Description
- Prepare material status reports based on BOM and unallocated stock upon receiving WO WFRP.
- Ensure materials are ready before production: COM1/2COM1 upon official WO release, Carcass/VFR1/VFR3/VFR4 based on monthly schedules.
- Close completed WO-items to reallocate surplus materials to subsequent orders.
- Forecast material needs after US trade shows (March & Oct) and seek BOD approval for advance ordering.
- Coordinate with PPC and production teams to track daily status and set material delivery schedules.
- Analyze recent consumption data to calculate average monthly usage.
- Consolidate data to optimize purchase quantities and delivery schedules, minimizing inventory and holding costs.
- Evaluate supplier terms and lead times to select the best vendor and release approved POs.
- Monitor supplier delivery timelines, arrange QC inspections if needed, and forward delivery documents to Accounting.
- Submit regular/ad-hoc reports, complete monthly WO analysis, and manage aged inventory reports.
- Report emergency issues to management immediately and perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements

- College or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of equivalent experience with knowledge of materials and suppliers in the furniture industry.
- Experience in manufacturing companies with over 1,000 employees; furniture industry background is an advantage.
- Good understanding of furniture manufacturing processes.
- Strong management skills: planning, organizing, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation.
