Job Description
- Maintain internal rules, regulations, and ensure safety and order within the assigned patrol area.
- Supervise workers' daily time attendance.
- Control the entry and exit of workers at the assigned patrol area and the factory.
- Continuously patrol all assigned areas throughout the shift; observe and report any worker violations of company regulations or labor safety rules to the team command and coordinate with the Safety Department for resolution.
- Notify relevant departments upon the delivery or receipt of goods, materials, etc.
- Register and guide visitors/customers coming for business purposes.
- Inspect and register company assets or personal property being brought in or out of the company in accordance with regulations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of practical experience in security operations.
- Deep understanding of security procedures relevant to the position.
- High discipline, enthusiasm, politeness, and honesty.
- Good communication skills.
