Job Description
  • Sourcing materials as requirement and processing to purchase sample goods.
  • Mainly responsible for related materials: Main materials: Stone or Veneer/Wood, Other materials: Electrical accessories, abrasive/sandpaper, labels.
  • Receiving Sourcing request from other department & clarifying the specification with the requester : can require the requester to supply samples, drawings, pictures, technical information, function, testing …
  • Conduct sourcing based on required information, collect product information including certifications, test reports, etc., work with suppliers on debt, delivery time ,leadtime ,.. MOQ, etc.
  • Collecting quotations to send these depts to get price approval.
  • Get first sample for approval and perform related tests.
  • Proceed to create material code after sample and price are approved and send code to Requester to finish SR.
  • Hand over approved samples to QC and purchase information, contract to Planning if it is a production goods.

  • Ability to adapt any job’s requirement given

  • University

    • Experience and Qualification:

  • Good English communication
  • Have a good command of communicate and negotiation skills
  • Have experience about furniture

    • Skills and other abilities:

  • Negotiation skill
  • Solving problem quickly
  • Working under high pressure
